Advertisement Element

You can insert your adds anywhere in your site using the Advertisement element including headers, footers, page content, sidebars and item loops.

Inserting Ads Into Templates

Step 1: Go to GhostPool Core > Template Editor and either create a new template or edit an existing one by clicking the Edit with Elementor link.

Step 2: Now you can drag and drop the Advertisement element from the panel on the left into your template.

Step 1: Go to GhostPool Core > Template Editor and click Add New.

Step 2: Give your template a title and from the Template Settings panel on the right select Item Loop from the Type dropdown, click the Publish/Update button to save these changes. Finally click the Edit with Elementor button.

Step 3: Now you can drag and drop the Advertisement element from the panel on the left into the area marked Drag widgets here.

Step 4: Next you want to display this advertisement in a new or existing item loop such as your category pages. To do this go to GhostPool Core > Template Editor and click Add New or edit and existing page.

Step 5: From the elements panel on the left select the Items element and drag it over to the Drag widgets here area or edit this element if it’s already been added.

Step 6: From the Individual Item Templates option click the Add Item button and select the advertisement template you just created. In the Number field enter the position you want the advertisement to appear in.

Ad Types

Step 1: First you need to create a Google Adsense account and setup Auto ads.

Step 2: Once you’ve done this insert the Adsense code into your header which allows all your ad units to work. To do this go to GhostPool Core > Site Settings > Custom Code and in the Header Code box add your Adsense code. It will look something like this:

Step 3: Insert an Advertisement element into the desired template and from the Type dropdown menu select the Code option.

Step 4: In the Code box paste your ad unit code. Your ad unit code will look something like this:

Step 1: Insert an Advertisement element into the desired template and from the Type dropdown menu select the Image option.

Step 2: Click the Image box to select an image from your media library or upload a new one.

Step 3: Add a link to your image by entering a URL in the Link field.

Step 1: Go to Plugins > Add New and type “advanced ads”.

Step 2: Install and activate the Advanced Ads – Ad Manager & AdSense plugin.

Step 3: Create your ads from the Advanced Ads tab in your dashboard.

Step 4: Insert an Advertisement element into the desired template and from the Type dropdown menu select the Advanced Ads option.

Step 5: Select the ad you want to display from the Advanced Ad dropdown menu.
